We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum processes for a project team in the analysis phase of an SAP PO migration project. This is a short-term assignment running through the end of November, at which point a decision will be made regarding resourcing for subsequent project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring successful delivery of prioritized work items.
Champion continuous improvement and integration of Agile principles, fostering a culture of resilience, autonomy, and ongoing development.
Collaborate with product owners to clarify project priorities and requirements, ensuring alignment between Agile processes and project goals.
Foster collaboration within a cross-functional team, actively removing impediments to build robust and effective teams.
Required Skills
Key Qualifications:
We expect you to have a BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in IT.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Understanding of PMO practices, including RAID log management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on integrating Agile and PMO practices.
Additional Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a high-performance Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft ADO is highly desired.
• Familiarity with standard project management and Agile tools.
• Preferred experience with technical IT delivery in roles such as developer or tester.
• Experience working with infrastructure, middleware, and SAP software is preferred but not mandatory.
