About the Role: We are seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to take ownership of project delivery and ensure teams deliver on time, on scope, and with quality. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery management, coordinating dependencies, and removing obstacles that could impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed to maintain team rhythm and progress.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track delivery metrics, report on progress, and escalate risks when required.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices.
- Proven experience in delivery-focused roles, ideally as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
- Strong project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with practical application to support delivery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Focused on achieving business outcomes and meeting delivery commitments.
