Responsible for effectively and efficiently engaging with teams in an Agile development environment while executing all SCRUM ceremonies e.g., running daily scrums, user story grooming, Sprint planning, Retro. Also provide an up-to-date view of the Sprint health using burn down charts and sprint team velocity to SCRUM master/Project Manager. Can also work alongside Project Manager in the planning and execution of Projects from time to time.**Experience**:
- 4+ years in Agile technologies.
- Overall IT experience of 8+ years.
**Qualification**:
- Holds Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- CSM certification is mandatory for Senior Scrum Master.
