The Scrum master role will monitor the daily sprint progress, scrum processes, and scrum meetings/ceremonies to increase team’s efficiency. The person will also provide direction and grooms the sprint backlog to ensure quality and timeliness. Has in-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development. Experience working as part of Agile team (Scrum and/or Kanban). Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done) and the sprint ends on time and on budget. From a team perspective, be able to motivate and lead the developers in the achievement of their development objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 Years of Work experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent role required
- In-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development
- Experience working as part of Agile team (Scrum and/or Kanban). Advanced Project Management Skills and Knowledgeable on various Project Management and SDLC methodologies
- Able to lead multiple assignments. Able to mentor others to do the same.
- Ability to lead ideating, presentations, mentoring and group-thinking sessions.
