The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the quality and reliability of applications. You will collaborate closely with development and business teams to identify, document, and resolve defects. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation tools, and banking processes is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in QA and automation testing.
- Banking domain experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar.
- Strong skills in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
