About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple customer-facing IT projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies. This role requires strong experience in managing concurrent projects—ranging from infrastructure deployments and cloud migrations to application development—while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will combine project governance discipline with Agile practices to drive successful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects for external customers using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches depending on project needs. Act as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment of expectations. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews,and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to define project scope, prioritize backlog items, and manage delivery roadmaps. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), project schedules, and progress dashboards. Balance delivery across multiple customer projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement in project management and Agile practices across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years managing Agile projects. Proven track record of delivering multiple projects concurrently in a customer-facing role. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to apply them in realworld project delivery. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) strongly preferred. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Rally. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt and manage projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
