**Job Description**:
Key skills required for the job are: n Agile-Scrum-L1, (mandatory).As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams. You are accountable for removing impediments to the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended. You should be able to handle increased complexity and teams, and be a Scrum master for at least 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure project delivery for these teams. Minimum work experience: 8 - 10 YEARS "As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams. You are accountable for removing impedimentsto the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended.
